my office? With the power of technology, your work can be done from our own offices. You can send work via email, post, upload it to a secure web folder, or if you are local we can collect for a small fee. We are able to work closely with you on projects and review documents with you, or even help you with training, by meeting in a viritual meeting room where you can see our workspace or desktop from your computer and participate in the work in progress. We can also keep in touch instantly via Skype (instant messaging or call) free of charge if you are already a Skype customer. How do I know how much time you've really
spent on a project? We use specialised software to track how much time we spend on a project. It works much like a clock card. We "clock in" at the start of a project and "clock out" when it's finished. Any time we need a break (for the phone, a cup of tea, etc) we stop the clock. So you see, we only charge you for actual time spent. We can provide a summary report of "clocked" time and we also keep a running log of time spent/charged on the Head Office* desktop, which is accessible to clients using the software.
